Biography

Stella Leppikorpi is a Finnish actress. She began her television career in childhood at the age of 10, landing the recurring role of Mila Jalava in the medical series "Syke", a part she played over several seasons. In film, she held small roles in "Supermarsu" (2018) and the horror movie "Pahanhautoja" ("Hatching", 2022). That same year, she landed her first leading role on the big screen in the comedy-drama "Kupla" ("Bubble"), directed by Aleksi Salmenperä. Her performance earned her the Jussi Award for Best Newcomer in 2023. On television, she has also appeared in the series "Munkkivuori" ("Summer of Sorrow"), "Pohjoisen tähti" ("66 North Precinct"), and "Parantaja".
