Synopsis
At Central University Hospital, Associate Director of Emergency Medicine Zhou Cheng-jun makes a bold decision to accept Lin Geng-ming, an average-performing medical school graduate. Lin joins the emergency department as a resident alongside elite peers, working shoulder to shoulder to save lives. Together with senior attending physician Dr. He Yu-hua, the ER team faces relentless medical crises, ethical dilemmas, and internal power struggles within the hospital.
